Postural dysfunction is developed through inactivity or repetitive poor positioning outside of your natural balanced alignment. Assisted stretching promotes greater range of motion than what your body is accustomed to, while also decreasing pain and stiffness, lowering your risk of injury. Enhancing flexibility, mobility, stability, coordination, and balance leads to more progressive training results. One session per week maintains current flexibility. Two sessions per week improves posture, flexibility, and allows you to make physical gains.

Assisted Stretching

55 minute session

15 minutes: Foam Rolling Program (Upper Body/Lower Body)

  • Foam Rolling: Releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort.

10 minutes: Static Stretch Routine (Standing/Seated)

  • Static Stretching: Stretching muscle to its furthest point and then holding position for at least 15-20 seconds.

30 minutes: Assisted Stretching (Massage Table)

  • Assisted Stretching: Improves core strength and posture, and enhances your athletic performance while reducing recovery time. Massage gun used during stretching sequence.
